My name is Roberto Sánchez Núñez and  I’m creating this blog to be able to communicate in Spanish (and for my non-Spanish speakers friends in English) several facts related to Scientology as a subject and need to be communicated and taken in account to anybody wanting to achieve freedom and personal growth. This blog welcomes any person of any religion of belief or disbelief, scientologists in good or bad standing in relation to the current Scientology Management.

I´m Roberto Sánchez Núñez. 33 rounds old.
I’m a GAT class V graduate auditor and Purif C/S.
I serve to the people of my area 10 years as a staff member.

At present I help a lot of persons and groups. I’m the main advisor in improvement subjects in the businessmen association of my city. And member of the board of the best ecological association of my state.

Besides my full training in Scientology; I’m currently in a study line-up to get a PhD degree on Sustainable Development Management.

Why am I taking my position as an Independent Scientologist.

Is not because I have some misemotion, personal injustice, arc brake or problem with Scientology or the Tec.

I came in to Scientology 20 years ago. The reason for that was that I have a strong interest in helping to achieve a better society where people could reach happiness. It´s a purpose that I remember having since 5 years old. At the age of 13 I start to audit others basic auditing.

I see that Scientology, as it´s managed in present time, is not reaching Scientology purpose at its best which is of course “improved conditions”. What is achieving is: Sea Org Executives whom are abused in his fundamental human rights and trough black dianetics are being manipulated. Public in debt all over the world to buy buildings that after a while doesn´t have staff or public or prevail equal to before the “ideal building” were purchased.

I DIDN’T GO INTO SCIENTOLOGY FOR THIS.

THEREFORE STARTING NOW I PUBLICLY ANNOUNCE MY SEPARATION OF THE CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY UNTIL IT HAS A SENSIBLE AND DECENT LEADERSHIP WITH RESPECT TO HIS FELLOW MEMBERS.

It is impossible to me ignore the statements ant testimonies of people that were once high rank scientology executives in relation to the kind of treatment and injustices they receive. About how the life really is in the highest levels of the church management. About the real use that is given to the money that all scientologist donate. I’m not going in to describe here in detail all this now as I wouldn´t end in a year. Instead; I’m attaching the links of each reference or people from whom I get the info and this way, without alteration, each one interested can analyze for himself and reach to his own conclusions. As this info start to be translated to Spanish or the author authorize me to translate it; more posts in Spanish are going to be available in this blog.

If someone tell me that “all this is a bunch of lies made up by disaffected ex-s.o. sp scum”I only can tell that I have my investigation tech in good shape; tku!

It´s like saying that the holocaust didn’t exists because “you can’t say it’s true; you weren’t there”. There’s evidence and data all over the place.

I have reached a lot of gains trough my auditing but my major wins were in training and auditing people. There’s no apparent reason for me to wrestle whit the mighty Church of Scientology. My life and family goes well are we are flourishing and prospering; so, why do this?

It´s a matter of personal integrity. Just that.

It´s my truth and what I believe in; like it or not.

My past and present products:

Delivery of hundreds of Purif Rds taken each pc to the full EP of that Rd.

Hundreds of Purif Rd. C/sed cases taken to full EP; without charging a dime for doing it. (After finishing my staff contract) Tech terminals on IFA Bajio mission and Guadalajara org can testify this true.

Audit a lot of pc´s through the grades with good wins and taking them to the full EP of that grade or action. Evidence of this is in pc folders in ITD Org and IFA Bajio mission.

Audit NED on several pc´s and reach on some of them the state of clear as a product of that auditing.

I debug  a lot of pc´s all the way through starting from search pc folders and missing particles, put them in order, FES them, program them and audit them through and specialized action that I was trained and classed for deliver as Interiorization Rds, LX´s, GF, GF40X, C/S 53; etc.

After being the first of my group of interns to complete the class IV internship since the GAT release; I start to devote part of my time to drill (coach) to the auditor student bog in the internships in levels beyond mine. This I did until I finish all my line-up to grad V. Many of them can now remember the kind of coach I was including some OTVIII´s that I help to pass through the internship.

I have received many commendations for support to practically ANY Scientology area; especially to the LATAM Sea Organization.

I was elected to handle a delicate matter in relation to the Lisa McPherson case and I did the assigned action with good results on the people I help on this cycle.

I was the first graduated in LATAM of a Technical Individual Program after the GAT release.

From 1995 to 1998 I was the executive director of Leon mission. From 1998 to 2000 I did all my training starting the Student Hat up to Grad V permanent. Zero volume. PTS/SP, HRD and Scn DRD auditor and others. From 2000 to 2005 I take again the post of executive director on Leon mission doing the following actions: Autid, C/sing, registration, events organization, TV and radio interview, stats, direct staff on actions, etc.

All this while raising two beautiful daughters with, all the time, the help and working support of my wife.

In an excellent way, a louse one or whatever label you qualify it; I give unconditionally 10 years of my life in favor of doing my part in having a better society in my poor México and his abandoned people.

Nobody can change that.

My tears for seeing my staff (and each staff on each org or mission I know in my country) without a fair pay, my impotence to change things, my joy at auditing somebody and seeing him discharge with teas and laughs for hours to arrive next to a serene state for weeks; all this: NOBODY CAN TAKE IT AWAY FROM ME.

All this is mine and I work hard for it.

There´s no amount of yellow sheets that can alter that.

What´s next for me from C of S via S.O. Latam?

Press to my Scientology relatives and friends to cut his communication with me.

Put me as the most awful and out-ethics possible being; searching trough ethics and pc folders to public and exaggerate any situation I could have in the past. My yellow sheet is not going to say anything good of me. Even though many times I have wondered if I’m not an harmful person and even though I see around me a lot of healthy and happy people and that I have attained a lot of wins in Scientology; I would still be: a SP.

All the commendations I receive it seem to be unable to indicate that IM A HUMAN BEING THAT LIKES TO HELP OTHERS AND ACTUALLY DOES IT VERY GOOD.

Many of the people that I know in Scientology finally can say “see; I told you. This Roberto is not more than an m*** fu*+* out-ethics SP.”

Others only could hide his pain and have resignation to be no more in communication.

No problem.

Mi true friends (they are only a few) and my family; are and always will be with me.

I know the sacrifice of many of you is thousand times better and bigger that mine.

To all the auditors I personally train; I wish you the best and Keep on Strong.

I respect your decision to carry on forwarding the “command intention” and stay in your group “standard and in-ethics”.

I respect the dedication of all staff members and his effort to buy buildings.

I even respect your fear of losing your family for dare to question something.

I’m not against the goodwill people that are inside scientology; which are, by far, the vast great majority.

I’m only against the group directed by David Miscavige who lies and hide information.

Who gives commands that harm goodwill people.

Who separates families with an incorrect application of the PTS/SP and ethics Tech.

Who uses the OSA office to chase and finish to whoever who opposes them. Who uses $500 dollar shirts when the sea org, orgs and missions staff is STARVING TO DEAD.

Knock it off this nonsense of “we are making good Money, we don’t need it, we are not starving, bla, bla, bla; we know it´s just PR in an attempt to make a little less ugly the conditions that demand being on staff actually.

I apologize sincerely to anybody who have been harmed for be in contact with me. I can’t find anybody specific because I never yell, kick, steal or harm anybody. I’m willing to correct any damage that any scientologists feel I have caused him.

Mi conditions handling.

The first condition is Enemy.

I know and accept I’m an enemy of the current management of the church of scientology and his command intention. There’s no reason for not accept this as is nothing to be ashamed of. It´s like negating be the enemy of a wife-beater or a corrupt politician. It´s very shameful to be friends or supporters of these ones.

Enemy.

I´m a TRUE member and supporter of the human race and life in general; who carries with dignity and fulfilling his duties and responsibilities of a competent human being. Some of these duties are support and promote truth, peace, respect, development and wellbeing in general.

I’m NOT an enemy of David Miscavige. I’m an enemy of the actions and intentions of David Miscavige and the ones of the board who tolerates his irrational and betrayer acts toward scientologist; poisoning this way to the church.

Doubt condition.

I want to point out here that inside Scientology are 3 groups clearly separated and don’t want to be misunderstood about what am I fighting for.

The first group is the staff and public in general of missions and orgs. The vast mayority of this group are wonderful and well-intentioned people. I don’t have any problem with them; nor my intention to separate from them.

The second group is the one of Sea Org members of goodwill who uses the tech in a standard way and with good sense. This group represents the vast majority of the Sea Org. I don’t have a doubt to be on his side.

The third group; of which I’m separation is the group of David Miscavige and his group of close followers who keeps on doing human rights violations, using money of scientologist in a wrongful way and keeping staff members on awful conditions due to his wretched leadership. This is the smallest group in scientology; however, is the group the majority obeys.

Mi condition handling is in relation to this last group.

1. His activities are demand results of plans that they have; no matter how. Including denigration of the people and human rights violation. Intentions are keep on receiving money from scientologist all over the world by control and threats or pressure via OSA and disconnection orders.
2. His stats are low and his products overt ones. David Miscavige´s brother Ronnie went out SO, His niece also. His right hand, Marty Rathburn also, Mike Rinder also, etc, etc. (Here is expected a “veteran scientologist” tell me that “people blows off for his own O/W´s” to which I said that the article in reference must be read in his entirety and well understood before debate nonsense)
3. This group must be helped. The help that requires his making by-pass to it to put his ethics in; because his activities harm to the group and must be stopped. A way to help them to put his ethics in is stop to give them support of any kind. When they have an ethics change in the order of magnitude required and handling probed; then restore support carefully. Other way to help is exposing the activities that they realize and that harm others. I will do this both to help them. This medicine maybe does not like them; but they are going to have to take it to get cured.
4. Mi group of Worldwide Independent Network of Scientologists have the intention of achieve a sensible application of scientology tech without threats and with plain respect of the personal integrity and human rights. Not sacrificing to the individual in name of “the greatest good””the cause” or “group wellbeing”. His activities are of validate the wins of scientologists and unite them seeing ways to use the tech in a constructive way for all; without punish or family separations.
5. High. A lot of people going public oppose the abuses and this way salvage scientology as a subject before it´s too late and too muddied.
6. I join the group that helps without the necessity of lie while helps. I am and always have been a friend of mankind, a free scientologist in his logical and pure context, who is capable of thinking for himself and who achieves improved conditions around him; not buildings, scientologists or any other thing.
7. With the help of Marty and the inspiration and courage of many others like Jeff, Dan or Jason I have months doing it. For anyone that wants to see the specifics of it; can check the section of my products before this one or visit my facebook.
8. I will endure through the attacks and offenses that I’m going to receive starting now from fanatics and people hired to stop me. I will be able to protect to my family meanwhile and I will flourish like never before.

Risk condition. (Start)

1. 1. My friends are the goodwill people who respects the beliefs of others and don’t use violence, intimidation and evil control to achieve any goal in his life. People that don’t abuse of the power that have for lie and hide things that affect others in his interests and life’s. People that make things go right using only A,R,C, K, R and C.

I’m open to receive communication that refutes the things I’m saying here. I only ask to any who wishes to do it have at least the decency or reading the sources of information I’m quoting and at least the training and staff experience level I have. If this is not the case; please don’t make me waste my precious time.

IM NOT INTERESTED IN CONVINCE ANYBODY OF MY DESITION NOR DO I HOPE YOU DOING THE SAME I DO. HAVE INTEGRITY AND DO WHATEVER YOU SEE MUST DO.
